Submission Window
Score entry opens every Tuesday 2:00 – 6:00 PM IST. Submissions outside this window are automatically rejected by the system.

Live Leaderboard Reveal
Full leaderboard is visible every Tuesday 6:30 – 7:30 PM IST. Outside this window, only the Top 3 teams are shown.

False Entries — Penalty
Any misguiding or inflated submission results in a deduction of −10 diamonds from the individual's tally. Repeat offenders may be disqualified. Honesty is non-negotiable.

Substitutes
Sending a substitute is recorded as attendance but earns zero diamonds for that week's tally.

Weekly Caps
Personal maximum is 75 diamonds / week. Team maximum is 300 diamonds / week. Excess diamonds do not carry over to the next week.

Final Results
Results announced on 22 July 2026 after the weekly BNI meeting. The winning team — all 4 members — earn the Udaipur trip.

Code of Conduct
No negative campaigning against any team or member. The spirit of the Fortune 4 must remain positive and professional at all times.

Proof Standards
All supporting proofs (photos, screenshots) must be clear, readable and dated. Blurry, cropped or undated submissions will not be accepted.

Tie Breaker
If two teams have equal Diamonds at the end, the winner is decided by total referrals given. If still tied, total 1-2-1s count as the second tiebreaker.

Withdrawal Rule
If a member exits BNI during the marathon, their score is frozen at that point. The team continues with the remaining members. No replacement is permitted.

The Chairperson will announce the Top 3 teams standing every Wednesday at the BNI meeting.
